The planning journey

A short questionnaire
We start with a few questions, so I understand your love story and the details and elements that matter most to you on your big day.

A no-obligation chat
Then a relaxed video or phone call so we can get to know each other. This first planning session answers your questions — vendor recommendations, styling, anything on your mind.

Reserving your date
Once you decide I'm the right fit, I send a contract agreement to sign so we can properly reserve your date and begin work.

Your timeline
I build a detailed timeline of the important milestones and due dates, so you can always see the progress ahead of you.

One point of contact
I become the single point of contact for all your vendors. I attend meetings on your behalf, handle emails and correspondence, and take care of paperwork, logistics, contracts and due diligence throughout.

A limited number of weddings
I take on only a limited number of weddings each season, so every couple gets my full attention and the service they deserve.
Everything else, arranged for you
Beyond the planning itself, I coordinate the full team around your day — so every supplier is briefed, booked and pulling in the same direction.
